Right now, the multilingual solutions are half baked.
qTranslate (or something similar) should be integrated to Wordpress so that other plug-ins behaves in accordance without hacking.

For instance, posts are multilingual yet photo Galleries are not.
Something as basic as “Text” plugin that puts arbitrary text on the side bar won’t be bilingual either, because its a plug in.
