It Wordpress does not allow to add the code anymore.
I tried it but Wordpress stripped all the code when I hit publish/Update.
Do you know how to get around it?

When I made this tutorial Paypal wouldn't allow configuring Payment button in personal account. May be now Paypal allows it. Anyway, Thanks for your information.

good post and tut, but you dont need to have a premier or business account in order to use a buy now button. i have a personal account myself and i have buy now buttons on my page. just log in, go to merchant services, and click on standard website payments.

Hi Michael,

Using a plain Paypal "Buy Now" button is good when you have less customer. But when you have more customer I think It is very difficult to manage them by sending mp3 file manually.
That's why It's good to use a shopping cart plugin which will automatically handle your sales and send mp3 files to your customers. You might try WP eStore plugin. After any customer makes a payment, this plugin creates an encrypted link of the product (e.g- mp3) and send that download link to your customer. So your customer can't know the true location of the file.

I have a post on how to sell mp3 from a wordpress blog using WP eStore plugin. You can find it here-

I want to sell mp3 from my website. After watching your nice tutorial I think now I'll be able to create a "Buy Now" button for my mp3.

But I've a question, Is there any other way to send mp3 file to my customers without letting them know the location of my mp3 file?

Thanks
Michael
